"So, you're thinking of leaving me?", kitty's wide eyes seem to enquire, at the sight of the first folded pullover... Never fear, ChaPacha is heeeere!
Well aware of how difficult it is to entrust your pet to someone’s care, to ask for a favor from friends, colleagues or from Uncle Bernard from Colthorpe-on-sea and to come back to your apartment to find it upside down after a wonderful holiday or a plain old business trip, ChaPacha has thought things through:
After extensive discussions with cat behavioral specialists and vets, we realize that, in view of the cat's home-loving and territorial nature, you have, let's face it, no choice. It’s easier for him to accept someone on his territory in your absence!
So, we visit your home every day, in the heart of his empire, to keep him company. Among the delights in store: changing his litter, water, milk if he likes it, tickles and cuddles, games, grooming, company!
We pamper him and you get on with the rest of your life!

The added value in "Pacha-sitting" services:

  • picking up your mail
  • watering and fertilizing your chlorophyllic friends (house plants, window boxes and small balconies)
  • opening and closing the windows and shutters according to your wishes
  • visiting your home daily to make sure everything is safe
  • at your request, sending a Pacha-news bulletin by email
  • a friendly welcome at your return with a little note transcribed by a specialist Pacha interpreter who will tell you what your cat got up to in your absence!

First meeting

After a first contact (by telephone or email) we plan a free meeting of 30-45 min.
We come to shake Pacha's paw and your hand, to hear how you go about things daily and how he does, plus how you get on together, so that we can pick up smoothly where you leave off, on your departure.
All of this is noted carefully on a visit card, which will allow your cat’s (animal’s/pet’s) visitor to have all the relevant information, down to the last precious details!

A form with additional information is then signed between ChaPacha and yourself, stating the conditions of the services provided, the manner in which the keys will be returned to you and the financial terms (payment by cheque, bank transfer or in cash). Unless otherwise agreed, the total payment is settled during the first visit.

Before your departure, you will give us some documents necessary for the safety and comfort of your Pacha:

  • the address of his vet
  • his "carnet de santé" with tattoo numbers and vaccinations up-to-date
  • the details of a person that we can contact in an emergency (related to the apartment or to your pet)
  • a check made payable to your vet in case of emergency health care needs
  • a double of your keys which we will try together
  • and finally, the details of your home insurance

as well as:

  • your Pacha’s litter and plastic bags to empty it
  • his food
  • his medical treatment if applicable
  • his brush and comb

All of this, naturally, in sufficient quantities to cover the needs during your absence.
